Gift Card Prize Draw Terms & Conditions (“Terms”)!!!

1. The promoter of this Gift Card Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is Hyperoptic Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 7222543 and with registered office at Kings House, 174 Hammersmith Road, London, W6 7JP (“Hyperoptic”). You can contact Hyperoptic at business.support@hyperoptic.com.

2. This Prize Draw is only available to existing Hyperoptic customers with an active Hyperoptic business service (“Business Customers”), who have received an email from b2bmarketing@hyperoptic.com:
• to the email address they have registered with Hyperoptic in connection with their Hyperoptic business service (their “Registered Email Address)
• with the subject title “Celebrating 10 years’ of Hyperoptic Broadband” (the “10 Years Email”).

3. To enter this Prize Draw, an eligible Business Customer must reply directly to the 10 Years Email, from their Registered Email Address, and include, within that email reply (the “Entry Email”), a sentence containing 3 or more words which positively reflects either Hyperoptic and/or the service Hyperoptic is providing to them. NOTE THAT Hyperoptic will be entitled to use this sentence (along with the name of the Business Customer (as registered on their Hyperoptic customer account) who emailed it to Hyperoptic) in its marketing materials and/or on its website. The Entry Email must be received by Hyperoptic before the Closing Date/Time (see paragraph 4 below). Only one Entry Email per Business Customer is permitted.

4. The opening date for the Prize Draw is 13 October 2021 (the “Opening Date”). The closing date/time of the prize draw is midnight on 20 October 2021 (the “Closing Date/Time”). Entry Emails received by Hyperoptic after the Closing Date/Time will not be considered.

5. Hyperoptic accepts no responsibility for Entry Emails which are:
a) not successfully completed; and/or
b) not received by Hyperoptic before the Closing Date/Time,
due to a technical fault of any kind.

6. 10 winners (in total) will be selected at random by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result from all valid Entry Emails received on or after the Opening Date and before the Closing Date/Time. Hyperoptic will notify each of these winners, no later than midnight on 29 October 2021, by emailing them at their Registered Email Address.

7. As their prize, each winner will be entitled to a “Gift Card”, pre-credited with £100, which will be either a MasterCard gift card or an Amazon.co.uk gift card, at the relevant Business Customer’s choice. Once a winner has been notified by Hyperoptic (as set out in paragraph 6 above), they will receive an additional email (to their Registered Email Address), by midnight on 29 November 2021, containing instructions as to how their Gift Card can be redeemed (the “Gift Card Email”). These instructions will also explain how the relevant Business Customer can choose either the MasterCard gift card option or the Amazon.co.uk gift card option.

8. Each Gift Card may only be used by and for the benefit of the relevant winner. The Gift Card is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered; nor can it be used to clear any outstanding bills or debt.

9. IMPORTANT: once a winner receives their Gift Card Email, they have 90 days to redeem the Gift Card via the link in the Gift Card Email. Specific terms and conditions may apply to the use, expiry and/or validation of the Gift Card – these will be set out in the Gift Card Email

10. It is each winner’s responsibility to check any instructions for redemption of their Gift Card and/or any specific terms and conditions that may apply to it (as referenced in paragraph 9 above).

11. The Gift Card Email should be kept securely – Hyperoptic is under no obligation to replace it in the event that a winner loses or deletes the email.

12. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants are deemed to accept and agree to these Terms. Hyperoptic reserves the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award a prize/send a Gift Card, to anyone in breach of these Terms.

13. Hyperoptic’s decision regarding any aspect of this Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

14. The name and county of each winner can be obtained by sending an email to b2bmarketing@hyperoptic.com within 3 months after the Closing Date/Time of this Prize Draw.

15. Hyperoptic reserves the right to terminate, void, cancel, suspend, or amend this Prize Draw promotion, if necessary.

16. Hyperoptic reserves the right to replace a Gift Card with an alternative gift card or other prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Hyperoptic’s control make it necessary to do so.

17. Personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw promotion will only be processed as set out in Hyperoptic’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.hyperoptic.com/legal/post/privacy-and-cookie-policy/.

18. These Terms are governed by English law and participants agree to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
