When switching to our business broadband, we’ll provide your business with one of our Hyperhub routers, your landline will connect through this via VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), and you’ll have the option to keep your existing phone number through our porting service.

Is there any down time when switching to Hyperoptic?

Your Hyperoptic full fibre business broadband service can be activated right away once your installation is complete and your router is connected.If you have a Hyperoptic socket but no router, we’ll send you one within 48 hours. So long as you connect it within 24 hours after it arrives, your service should go live right away (or on your requested activation date/move in date).
