The Challenge
Being a marketing agency means that Kaizen require fast speeds for both upload and download, in order to make sure they can get f iles to clients as quickly as possible. Having previously had their Business Broadband provided by BT, Kaizen frequently experienced connectivity issues. As they became increasingly frustrated they required a better connection.
