Speed issue fixed quickly
I had a speed issue after upgrading. They responded to my email after a day or two, asking me to call in so they could perform some interactive troubleshooting. When it was quite apparent I'd run through most of the troubleshooting they were trying to do with me, the agent contacted somebody more senior to check something else, and they found the problem. Within a few hours, it was resolved and back to normal, and I'm very happy with the service.
