To save you from going over, we’ll automatically freeze your outbound calling if you hit your £100 limit – but you’ll still be able to make calls to emergency numbers. We’ll also give you the heads up if you’re getting close to hitting your limit for the month.
To unfreeze it, you’ll just need to get in touch with us through My Account support request. We’re available 24/7.
