Our broadband service is delivered over fibre cabling, rather than traditional phone lines. This means it’s provided without a landline (or traditional ‘home phone’), so you don’t have to take a phone service if you don’t need one. We do offer a phone service, however, but this is delivered over our internet connection, which is known as VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). It’s totally up to you whether you’d like to opt for a Broadband Only service, or Broadband & Phone.
