How to optimise Wi-Fi for Apple users

In order to optimise your Wi-Fi performance, you can use one of the integrated apps on your iMac or MacBook called ‘Wireless Diagnostics’ to identify the best channel for you to use locally. The app allows you to perform a Wi-Fi scan that shows all channels available, allows you to identify a channel that is not currently in use, or one that is less congested.

It is then easy to configure your router, to optimise the performance of your Wi-Fi.
