If your router light is flashing, this means that the service is initialising or that data is being exchanged (i.e. your broadband service is currently being used).
A solid green or orange light means that the service is up and running but is not being used.
A red light or light (or if the light itself is off) usually means that a particular service is not working. If your router is a Tilgin HG2381, however, a red power light indicates that the router is establishing a connection – and a slowly flashing red power light indicates that connection to our servers has failed.
If your WAN/Broadband/Globe light is off or red, please follow steps for Troubleshooting your Router.
Please remember that the Hyperhub router remains the property of Hyperoptic, so please take good care of it during your time with us.
