Wireless speeds on 150Mb

On Wi-Fi, you can expect average download and upload speeds of:

• 80Mbps on a single-band router (ZTE H298N, Tilgin HG2301)
• 150Mbps on the 5Ghz band of our dual band routers (ZTE H298A, Nokia HA-140W-B, ZTE H3600, Zyxel EX3301)

With a wire you can expect average download and upload speeds of 150Mbps.

For the best speeds, we always recommend you wire up. Wireless speeds can be difficult to guarantee as they are affected by lots of different factors – some of which are out of your control. I’m experiencing slow speeds. What should I do?

Please note, the average (median) download and upload speeds provided on our 150Mb package are based on what is achievable for at least 50% of our network users nationally, on this package, at peak time (between 8pm and 10pm), using a wired connection. The average (median) speeds at peak time in your particular area may be different.

Please note, the Wi-Fi speed you experience will also depend on your distance from the router/wireless access point, property layout, usage and equipment.
