Promoter

Who can enter
This prize draw is only available to you if you are:
- aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland);
- not an employee of Hyperoptic (or a member of such employee’s family); and
- neither an agent of Hyperoptic nor any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
By entering this prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Hyperoptic may require you to provide proof of this eligibility.
How to enter
The prize draw will run on the 12 weekdays (i.e. Mondays – Fridays) between Wednesday 7^th – Thursday 22^nd December 2022 inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period”). There will be a draw on each of these weekdays for one of the numbered prizes set out in section 8 below. Section 7 below sets out how the prize for any particular day is selected. For each day of the prize draw (and a chance to win that day’s prize):
- the opening time for entries is 9am and the closing time is 4pm. Entries received after this time will not be considered; and
- you can have a maximum of one entry.
To enter the prize draw on any weekday during the Prize Draw Period, you must:
- follow @Hyperoptic on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/hyperoptic/);
- “comment” (on Instagram) on the image of a number representing that day’s date, posted by us on our Instagram page that day and include #TisTheSeasonHyperoptic in your comment; and
- “like” that same number image Instagram post.
We will then submit your Instagram profile into the prize draw. Your Instagram profile can only be submitted into the prize draw once on any weekday during the Prize Draw Period (no matter how many entries you make that day).
Hyperoptic accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
The winners
There will be 12 winners in total. On each weekday of the Prize Draw Period, one winner will be selected at random by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result from valid entries received between 9am and 4pm that day. These winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram no later than midnight on 5 January 2023. They must then provide Hyperoptic with their name, email address and postal address (which must be in the UK but not in Northern Ireland) in order for Hyperoptic to arrange for delivery of their prize. They must do this within 14 days of receiving their win notification direct message from Hyperoptic – if they fail to do so, their right to the relevant prize will be forfeited and Hyperoptic reserves the right to select an alternative winner (using a computer process that produces a verifiably random result) from the remaining valid entries.
Once a winner has been selected for a particular weekday of the Prize Draw Period, Hyperoptic will post on Instagram (at or before 9pm that day) to reveal which of the randomly selected prizes (as described in section 8 below) has been won. This post will include the Instagram handle of the winner for that particular day.
A different prize (from the numbered list in section 8 below) will be won on each weekday of the Prize Draw Period. The prize allocated to be given away on each such day will be selected before the prize draw start date by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result.

One of each of the above-listed prizes is available to be won.
The prizes are non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.
Hyperoptic reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Hyperoptic’s control makes it necessary to do so.
Prizes will be despatched within 6 weeks of the relevant winner confirming their name and address details after being notified of their win.
Hyperoptic’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The surname and county of each winner can be obtained by sending an email to brand@hyperoptic.com within 3 months after the closing date of the prize draw.
If you enter the prize draw, you will be treated as having accepted and agreed to be bound by these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions. Hyperoptic reserves the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award a prize, to anyone in breach of these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.
Hyperoptic reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this prize draw promotion, where it becomes necessary to do so.

This prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
