1. Promoter

The promoter of this “Nintendo Switch 2 Prize Draw” is Hyperoptic Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 7222543 and with registered office at Kings House, 174 Hammersmith Road, London, W6 7JP (“Hyperoptic”, “we”, “us”, “our”).   1. Who can enter

    This prize draw is only available to you if you are aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Only one entry per household is allowed.

    This prize draw is only available to new Hyperoptic residential customers:

    1. who sign up for any of Hyperoptic’s 50Mb, 150Mb, 500Mb or 1GB residential broadband services under a package with a minimum commitment period of 12 or 24 months for their property; and

    2. who, immediately before such signing up, have no existing agreement for broadband service with Hyperoptic for that property.

    The prize draw is not open to employees of Hyperoptic (or members of employees’ families) or any third parties directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

    By entering this prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Hyperoptic may require you to provide proof of this eligibility.

  2. Opening/closing dates:

    The opening time/date for entries is 12pm on 20th June 2025. The closing time/date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 7th July 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered. The period from the opening time on the opening date, up to and including the closing time on the closing date, is the “Prize Draw Period”. The winners will be selected at random on 29th August 2025 (see Clause 5 below).

  3. How to enter

    To enter this prize draw, you’ll need to:

    1. place your order for our residential broadband service, choosing one of the packages listed in Clause 2a above, during the Prize Draw Period;

    2. have requested an activation date for your service of 29th August 2025 or earlier; and

    3. not have cancelled that order before 23:59 on 29th August 2025.

  4. The winners

    There will be 5 winners of the prize draw. All winners will be selected at random by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result from valid entries received during the Prize Draw Period. The winners will be contacted via email no later than 23:59 on 30th August 2025 to confirm they’ve been selected as a winner. The prizes will be despatched to the winners as soon as possible and in any event, by 30th September 2025 to the address given during their order. If any prize is returned undelivered, Hyperoptic reserves the right to select an alternative winner (using a computer process that produces a verifiably random result) from the remaining valid entries.

  5. The prizes

    Each of the 5 winners will receive:

    • 1x Nintendo Switch 2 256GB

  6. Each prize is non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.

  7. Hyperoptic reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Hyperoptic’s control makes it necessary to do so.

  8. Hyperoptic’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

  9. The surname and county of the winners can be obtained by sending an email to support@hyperoptic.com during the 3-month period after 29th August 2025.

  10. If you object to your surname and county being made available, please contact Hyperoptic at support@hyperoptic.com. In such circumstances, Hyperoptic must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

  11. Hyperoptic may contact prize winners to obtain their consent to publish their details on Hyperoptic’s website and/or social media channels.

  12. If you enter the prize draw, you will be treated as having accepted and agreed to be bound by these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions. Hyperoptic reserves the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award a prize, to anyone in breach of these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.

  13. Hyperoptic reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this prize draw, where it becomes necessary to do so.

  14. Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw will be processed as set out in Hyperoptic’s Privacy and Cookie Policy.

  15. This prize draw will be governed by relevant United Kingdom law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom.
