Terms of offer

This offer is only open:
• to residents at sites where Hyperoptic’s network has already been installed
• who have not yet signed up for our service at their current address; and
• who have received details of this offer (including a promotional code (“Promo Code”)) from us through the post.

This offer is also subject to the Conditions set out below.

If this offer is open to you (as set out above) and you meet the Conditions below, then subject to those Conditions, we’ll send you a free “Roku Streaming Stick+” (“Roku Stick”). A Roku Stick is a compact device which you can plug into the HDMI port on your TV. This will allow you to connect your TV to the internet wirelessly either via your home broadband connection or possibly via your mobile phone, using its hotspot function. Once you do this, you should be able to stream to your TV any content that’s available to watch in your geo-location from services such as Netflix, NOW TV, and BBC iPlayer (subject to the registration/subscription requirements of those services). Any Roku Stick we send you under this offer, will come with a remote control, with voice control functionality. You can use this when streaming via the Roku Stick.

Conditions

You’ll need to order one of our packages with a 12-month or 24-month minimum commitment period, as a new customer, using the Promo Code between 1st November 2021 and 29th November 2021 and complete that order by 11.59pm on 29th November 2021.

Your new Hyperoptic service will need to be activated by 11.59pm on 15th December 2021.

Hyperoptic should successfully take (by direct debit) the amount charged in the first bill for your new Hyperoptic service on the 14th calendar day after that bill was issued.

You should still be our customer after expiry of your “Satisfaction Period” (i.e. you should not have cancelled your new Hyperoptic service within your “Satisfaction Period”). Your “Satisfaction Period” runs from the time we send your order confirmation email for your new Hyperoptic service until the end of the 30th day that the service has been active.

If you’re still our customer when your Satisfaction Period ends, we’ll send you the Roku Stick 2-4 days after that date. Shipping will be to the address you gave us in connection with your new Hyperoptic service.

Please note that once you receive the Roku Stick, it becomes yours. You should take good care of it – we have no responsibility for any damage to the Roku Stick once it is delivered to you. We also have no responsibility for any damage the Roku Stick causes if (i) you use it in any way other than that for which it is intended (per the instructions sent with it) or (ii) you fail to follow the instructions/any safety guidance sent with it.
