Hyperoptic hits 10,000 5-star Trustpilot reviews

Hyperoptic, the hyperfast broadband provider, is today celebrating a milestone in its mission to become the consumer’s choice for connectivity. It has exceeded over 10,000 5-star reviews on Trustpilot, the online review community that connects businesses and consumers through genuine feedback. Crucially, Hyperoptic now has more 5-star Trustpilot ratings than Sky, BT and Virgin Media combined.

Customer service is a strategic priority for Hyperoptic. The whole company is focused on the delivery of unparalleled 5-star customer experience and its digital team are ‘real’ support agents who are available 24/7 on whatever channel customers prefer.

Hyperoptic is fanatical about feedback as it enables the company to continually drive improvements. As well as tracking Trustpilot, the company surveys its own customers every quarter to ensure they are enjoying the service. Customer satisfaction has never dropped below 90% “satisfied” or “very satisfied.” The company also enjoys an NPS rating of 44, which is significantly higher than the industry incumbents.
