Hyperoptic, the UK’s leading alternative full fibre broadband provider, is delighted to announce it has been recognised once again as a Great Value Provider by consumer champion Which? in its annual broadband survey.
The results, based on a survey of 4,000 broadband users, conducted between December 2024 and January 2025, ranked Hyperoptic above the “big four” providers: BT, Sky, TalkTalk and Virgin Media.
Hyperoptic was the first broadband provider to bring full fibre gigabit speeds to UK homes struggling with slow speeds back in 2011 and has continued to remain firmly in the corner of consumers, most recently campaigning against inflation-linked mid contract price hikes.
Lutfu Kitapci, CCO and MD of ISP at Hyperoptic, said, "The endorsement from Which? for the second time demonstrates our commitment to deliver an affordable experience that’s fast, reliable, fair and easy – without compromise. As the only provider to be recognised in this category, that is fully committed to Ofcom’s automatic compensation scheme, this is just one example of how we are living up to our promise to be in our customers’ corner no matter what.”
The Great Value Broadband Provider recognition from Which? serves as a testament to Hyperoptic's passion for excellence and innovation in the broadband sector. Hyperoptic remains dedicated to empowering communities with broadband solutions that enhance connectivity and enrich lives.
In their report, Which? stated that “Hyperoptic’s network is available in 64 towns and cities across Great Britain. It earned its best ratings for connection reliability and value – reflective of the fact that it's a full-fibre provider with fixed, competitive prices.”
