Hyperoptic response: Government consultation on delivering gigabit-capable connections to new build developments

We welcome the news that the government has confirmed it will amend the Building Regulations 2010 and legislate that new homes will have gigabit broadband as standard. As the UK’s leading gigabit full fibre broadband provider, we are ready to work with new and existing developer partners to help them meet this obligation, at no cost, and crucially without the need to install any additional ducts or chambers.
