Hyperoptic Welcomes Two Industry Experts to Bolster Customer Service Leadership Team

Hyperoptic, the UK's leading alternative full-fibre broadband provider, announces the appointment of two seasoned professionals to key positions within its customer service leadership team.

Mark Davidson has joined as Customer Experience & Service Director, while Igor Sabljak has taken on the role of Head of Customer Service.

 

Mark brings over 25 years of experience working for brands such as Meta, Virgin Media and most recently WebHelp. With a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence, Mark will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience at Hyperoptic. His strategic vision and commitment to customer-centric practices align seamlessly with Hyperoptic's mission to provide world-class service to its growing customer base.

Igor Sabljak, the newly appointed Head of Customer Service, joining from sports retail company Sports Vision Group, has extensive experience in managing large customer service operations. With a focus on driving efficiency, implementing innovative solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, Igor is poised to elevate Hyperoptic's customer service to new heights.
