Our network is full fibre, which means we bring our fibre cabling all the way to your building. And that means your business can enjoy some of the fastest, most reliable broadband in the UK.
Whether you’re a large corporation, a busy SME, a retail space or local coffee shop, our range of business packages can support you, your team and your customers with connectivity that works as hard as you do.
We’re in your corner with gigabit-capable, future-proof broadband and ultra-reliable service as standard. Ready when you are.
How is Hyperoptic business broadband be installed?
Once you place your provisional order, we’ll carry out a pre-installation check of your business to help us plan what is needed. Depending on your property type, this will either be purely external, or we may need access to the inside of your property (in which case, we’ll arrange it for a time and date that suits you). We’ll let you know either way.
Connecting your business to our fibre will be done in one of two ways: We’ll either use a utility pole outside the building, or we’ll use underground ducts.
If we’re using a utility pole, there’s a chance we may need to use a cherry picker. In this case, we’ll likely ask you to help us secure parking for it.
If we’re using underground ducts, there’s a chance we may need to do some digging outside your property – but we’ll put everything back just as we found it.
However we get your business connected, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Once we’ve connected your business, we’ll aim to get you up and running as soon as possible. We’ll drill a small hole (1cm) at the front of your building to bring the cable inside from an external fibre connector. It will all be very neat and discreet.
We’ll then give you a Hyperhub router and fibre converter which will allow you to connect to our service right away.
Finally, we’ll set up all the equipment, make sure you’re online and even tidy up after ourselves before we leave.

How do I choose which broadband deal to get?
There are a few things to consider when deciding which broadband deal is right for you.
The package you choose will depend on how big your business is and how many people will be using your broadband connection at the same time. The bigger your business, the more likely you are to need more speed.
Likewise, depending on how long your business plans to stay at your current premises (for example, your office or shop location), you should choose a plan with a commitment period that makes sense for you.
A 36-month minimum commitment would be better value if you’re planning on staying put long-term, for example, but a monthly rolling plan would be better if you need to keep things flexible.
What happens if my broadband goes down?
This will vary from provider to provider. Hyperoptic offers dedicated business support, and our Business Broadband comes with next workday SLAs. This means, in the unlikely event that your connection isn’t behaving as it should, we’ll be there to offer support as quickly as possible.

Some clichés are true: time is money. You’ll save valuable hours each day when downloading large files and transferring documents takes a fraction of the time it used to.
And with equal upload and download speeds across our 150Mbps packages and above, you’ll gain whole new ways to work. Transform how you do things with faster file uploads and access to the latest apps.
