Order done? Simply email us at telesalesteam@hyperoptic.com with your Hyperoptic order number and the final bill from your old broadband provider. The bill should show any costs you incurred for switching. We’ll also need to see your old contract’s start and end dates (these should be visible on your final bill). You’ve got 30 days from when your Hyperoptic broadband goes live to claim your credits.

When we get your email, we’ll review your request and apply the appropriate switching credits to your account. You don’t need to do anything else. Now that’s hyper easy.

If you don’t share proof within 30 days, you won’t be able to claim your switching credits. Email your ex-provider’s final bill to telesalesteam@hyperoptic.com within 30 days of your Hyperoptic service going live to avoid missing out.

You’re eligible for our switching credits if:

• You’re a new Hyperoptic residential broadband customer (not a business customer).

• You signed up for one of our 150Mb to 1Gb packages with a 24-month minimum commitment period.

• You’re receiving, or were receiving at the time of your Hyperoptic order, broadband services from another provider.

Switching Credits: Applies to new Hyperoptic residential broadband customers who order one of our 150Mb-1Gb packages with a 24-month min. commitment period while still within a minimum commitment period with another broadband provider.
