How can I get Hyperoptic’s latest offers?

How quickly can I book my install?
If you need an install, you’ll be able to book it through My Account once you’ve placed your order, at a time and date that suits you – including the next day and Saturdays, if we have availability.
Standard installs take just one hour. Please bear in mind that there’s a little drilling involved – but our engineer will be sure to clean up after themselves, and make sure you’re up and running before they leave.

Do you offer any TV or mobile phone services?
We specialise in providing the fastest fibre broadband and currently don’t offer any additional TV or mobile phone services (although we do offer Broadband & Phone options). Many of our customers enjoy on-demand TV streaming services like Netflix or Amazon Prime Instant Video. There is also the option to use a TV box like YouView, Now, or to complement our hyperfast broadband with unbundled TV services from Sky.

Why is your service not available to all properties?
Hyperoptic is expanding rapidly right across the UK.
We invest heavily in our infrastructure and work hard to bring our hyperfast broadband to more buildings and cities nationwide, every day.
If we’re not yet available at your address, please register your interest and we will be able to contact you should service become available. You can register your interest by entering your postcode on our website and filling out the form.
